Local Delivery (Sri Lanka)
We are proud to offer Free Delivery Islandwide on all orders. Please note that while the delivery itself is free, a standard Handling Fee of Rs. 100 applies to all orders to ensure your items are carefully packaged and processed.
- Dispatch Time: Our team works hard to dispatch your goods within 24 hours. Please note that dispatch may take slightly longer during seasonal promotions or new collection launches.
- Tracking & Notifications: We will send you an email and a text message as soon as your order dispatches from our facility.
- Delivery Scope: We deliver to all addresses within Sri Lanka. A full postal address, including a clear city and postcode, is required at checkout.
- Restrictions: Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to military bases or PO boxes.
International Delivery
For our customers shopping from outside Sri Lanka, we offer tracked international shipping.
- Delivery Timeline: The estimated standard delivery period is 10-14 working days, depending on your specific delivery address.
- Tracking: All international delivery options are fully tracked. Our delivery partner will email you a direct link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped.
- Important Note: Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Delivery can occasionally take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other external causes.
