At Leesa Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn’t fit quite right, we are happy to help you with an exchange to ensure you get the perfect look for you or your little ones.
1. Exchange Period
- Items must be returned for exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- In their original packaging with all Leesa Art tags attached.
- Free of any stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.) or scents (perfume, detergent).
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Discounted Items: Please note that any items purchased at a discounted price or during a sale promotion will not be exchanged.
4. Delivery & Fees
- Exchange Fees: Please be aware that delivery fees will apply for all return and exchange shipments.
- Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange and dispatch the new item.
5. Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Instagram with a photo of the defect. In these specific cases, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost to you.
